Assisting, guiding and assessing young people who are working towards gaining an award. Must be helpful, organised, patient and enthusiastic. Few hours monthly required.

Volunteering with people who may have a wide range of disabilities. Undertaking a wide range of activities and generally putting fun into people’s lives. Must be patient, empathetic and have a good sense of humour. Activities can be anything from going swimming, playing badminton, cooking, going out for walks, going to the cinema, craft activities, looking at books or playing board games.

Unit helpers and leaders are wanted for various areas. You should enjoy being with young people, willing to plan and join in games and activities and have a good sense of humour. Sessions would normally take place in the evening.

Volunteers wanted to act as reception/cover person whilst counsellors are seeing clients. Preferably over 25. Cover as and when required lasting 1 to 2 hours.

Trustees are responsible for the overall management of the organisation, including employment of staff. Meetings take place every 6-8 weeks and successful applicants would be expected to play a an active part in these meetings, using their skills, knowledge and experience to help reach sound decisions. Travel expenses will be paid. We would welcomw people with experience in : PR and Marketing; Management; Personnel Management; IT and Fundraising.
