Orkney Foodbank provides food parcels to those who are in crisis upon receipt of a referral from many of the health, social care or voluntary organisations across Orkney. Additional foodparcels can also be provided during school holidays these are called child holiday meals. We also provide toiletries and cleaning products as well as referring to THAW Orkney for electricity top ups so clients can heat/cook their food.Orkney Foodbank covers the whole of Orkney including the outer islands.
