Orkney Islands Property Developments Ltd (OIPDL) is a private landlord company and was established by Orkney Islands Council in 1991 to provide housing management services and ensure that housing needs throughout Orkney were adequately addressed. As well as managing its own housing stock, which includes general lets, student accommodation and extra care housing at Eunson Kloss, Kirkwall and Kalisgarth, Westray, OIPDL also provide letting agency services on the Orkney Mainland. OIPDL are members of the Council of Letting Agents, the Scottish Association of Landlords and are registered with the Scottish Letting Agency Register - No 1805003.
