Employability Orkney provides a range of sustainable supported employment, training and volunteering opportunities which promote social inclusion for those furthest from the labour market.

The Island of Hoy Development Trust (IoHDT) is a charitable organisation founded in 2007. Its role is to enhance social, educational, economic and environmental aspect of the island.

Orkney CAB is independent, and provides free, confidential and impartial advice to anyone living and/or working in the local community.

The Papay Co-op is a community-owned organisation that provides and manages key services on Papa Westray, notably the community shop and the island hostel.

The REW DT mission is to improve the quality of life for the islands’ inhabitants of all ages, in ways that are both sustainable and environmentally sound.

The Trust has grown through a number of initiatives and now successfully delivers various services on Sanday.

The Learning Link is a place where people get help to improve their reading, writing, spelling, maths and basic computer skills.
