The Orkney British Red Cross provides support at home, transport and mobility aids to help people when they face a crisis in their daily lives.

We raise money throughout the year to help pay for Marie Curie Nurses and Health Care Assistants in Orkney.

The Orkney Youth Café is a drop-in service funded by Orkney Alcohol and Drugs Partnership.

Samaritans offer a totally confidential free listening service to anyone experiencing feelings of distress and despair. You can contact by telephone, email, SMS and letter.

The Adult Befriending Service aim is to help people over the age of 60 remain in their own homes independently for longer by having a Befriender visit you or by group befriending.
