To help your organisation understand and adapt to these changes, OSCR, Volunteer Scotland, and Disclosure Scotland are hosting two free online information sessions.
These sessions will provide an overview of changes introduced by the Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023 and the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, explaining what they mean for your charity.
The session will cover:
- An overview of the legislation
- Key dates and when the changes will take effect.
- Steps your charity can take to prepare.
You will also have opportunities to ask questions, both in advance and during the session.
