Community Energy Scotland is a charity that helps local people to harness renewable energy and promote their own community's development. In Orkney, we work with development trusts, voluntary groups and other charitable companies – as well as technology firms and the public sector. The team in Kirkwall and Rendall is active throughout the county, with projects that involve transport, home heating and low-carbon energy.
