The Trust has grown through a number of initiatives and now successfully delivers various services on Sanday. These include a Youth and Community centre, Reuse Centre, Sanday Heritage Centre, Ranger service, the island’s website, a community garden and a programme of adult education opportunities; as well as the island’s bus service via a trading subsidiary.
New projects and services are always in development to support the Trust’s vision and mission: ‘to create an economically prosperous and sustainable community with a quality of life that is second to none.’
